Located in the tranquil Arabella community, this full-villa remodel was envisioned for a family of four seeking a cozy, elevated home with the quiet elegance of a hotel. The design reflects a deep appreciation for natural materials, layered textures, and intentional living—delivering both warmth and refinement throughout.
A grounding palette of earthy browns, soft greens, and deep burgundy runs across the home, brought to life through warm wood tones and rich marbles. Smart storage solutions were maximized in every space—ensuring seamless functionality while preserving a clean, elevated aesthetic.
In the living room, wooden ceiling cladding adds architectural warmth and depth, framing a space anchored by a custom built-in TV unit and a vapor fireplace wrapped in dark Emperador marble. The furniture is a refined mix of Italian icons—such as Cassina—paired with custom-made pieces, creating a curated, timeless atmosphere with a lived-in feel.
The dining area features a dramatic statement piece: a green Verde Alpi marble table, offering a bold contrast to the home’s otherwise earthy tones. Sleek lighting from Vibia adds a contemporary edge, casting soft, sculptural shadows that enhance the ambiance.
In the master bedroom, integrated storage is cleverly designed to blend into the architecture, keeping the space serene and luxurious. The children’s bedroom, designed for two young girls, includes built-in bunk beds, a reading nook, floral mural wallpaper, custom desks, and abundant storage—combining functionality with charm.
Every detail in Arabella 2 project was considered to offer both emotional warmth and quiet sophistication—a family home designed to nurture, inspire, and restore.
