Two sprawling five-bedroom villas with more than 5,000 square feet of built-up area each were brought in by one of the largest landlords in Dubai. These stunning Palm Jumeirah villas were recently completed, and the landlord’s asset management team saw the value of converting the properties into short-term holiday homes. The challenge: complete both villas within one month to ensure the client could maximize their revenue potential during the peak winter months in Dubai.
With large bright living and dining spaces, I worked to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces of the villas to invite attention to the pool overlooking the beautiful private beach. Light natural colors adorning the furniture create a relaxing atmosphere where holiday travellers could enjoy resort-style living in the privacy of a home.
Custom headboards in the bedrooms foster a subtle yet elegant design that also serves a practical role. Cozy furniture throughout the villas assure plenty of options for a relaxing sprawl while pleasant artwork and décor throughout the properties bring interest and color to the spaces. Hermes scarves reimagined as art prominently adorn the living areas of each villa, adding a luxurious detail for guests to enjoy.
